Refund Policy

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping & Refunds

  • We ship our products with signature at delivery starting November 1, 2016.
  • We understand the importance of timely delivery, and we do our best to ensure your supplements arrive on time.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for products that were successfully delivered to your door in the USA or internationally.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 4 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – refunds may take some time before being officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – processing times vary and may delay the posting of a refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at 📧 Contact@ShopGenext.com with the reason for the exchange.
