Genext Nutrition Inc. Shipping Policy

National Shipping (U.S.)

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the next business day.
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.25 for all standard orders, regardless of size or quantity. Whether you order one bottle or twelve bottles, you pay the same flat fee.
If you choose Express Shipping, the flat-rate fee does not apply, and the cost will be calculated at checkout based on USPS rates.
Express Orders: Delivered within 1-2 business days, except for orders placed on Fridays, as many USPS locations do not deliver on Saturdays.
- If you place an Express Order after 12:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, it will ship on Friday but may not arrive on Saturday unless USPS delivers in your area.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering, as some ingredients may be restricted.
Once your order leaves the U.S., your local postal service is responsible for delivery.
We do not guarantee delivery for international orders, as customs processing and postal services vary by country.
